12 for men. 12 for women.

That is the maximum allowed apparently. There are 15 team members on each team, men and women. So how they will divide the 12 scholarships into 15 people, I'm not sure.

These teams have been in place at the club level. Now they have scholarship funding. I'm sure they will spread across the four classes so that all the scholarships don't go to seniors. I'd imagine they will work up to using the full allotment.
